The Academy for Potential Development aims at transforming our current relationship culture.
In this project promoted by a WeQ Co-founder Gerald Hüther, the transformation towards a community culture reflects the WeQ Philosophy.
In fact, it is about forming and strengthening small, assessable communities whose members meet in a more encouraging and inspiring ways than to this date. We all are familiar with moments of successful relationship. We experience them on a daily basis, though we do not always perceive them. Action is decisive – and who goes for action has to play its part.
To develop potential means to us to jointly outgrow ourselves. Indeed, we are able to unleash our inherent potentials only within a community, in which we feel related, secure and certain.
