The WeQ Curve helps to visualise the key aim of the WeQ Movement in regards to the fundamental changes of the 21st century.
The decisive point of these changes is the phenomenal increase in complexity. Current technological developments are leading us towards a world shaped by the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence. Is Technology going to supersede human kind to the point of freedom of choice, since technology alone is capable to process and control complexities of the present and future? The WeQ Movement essentially defines three key competences that we, as humans, must and can develop for a humane and value-oriented guidance of our future: We need Creative Confidence; creative self-assurance that we can master e.g. by applying Design Thinking or the like.
We need Transformational Confidence; a pool of different skills that enable us to become change makers. Finally, we need Collaborative Excellence; Quality in networked cooperation which ultimatelly unlocks the humane potential of mankind. The initiative of WeQ Learning seizes these insights and aims at implementing them practically in a bold new approach.
